Add price tiers.
You can use price tiers to sell different types of tickets or even accept sponsor and exhibitor payments
Go to Registration > Price Tiers.
Click Add Price Tier and enter your ticket price information. Click "Submit". Repeat for additional price tiers.
Beneath "Price Tier Details" you are able to select which days your Price Tier applies. If at least one day is not selected the Price Tier will show up for everyday. You also have the option to change which dates your Price Tiers will be visible on your Registration page.
Add custom questions.
You can build your pre-event questionnaire using custom questions. Common questions include meal options, guest information, and breakout session registration.
Go to Registration > Custom Questions. Click Add Question and enter your question and answer options. Select Show this question for specific price tiers to choose which price tiers you want this question to be linked to or leave blank to display on all price tiers. Click Submit. Repeat for additional custom questions.
By default, Company and Phone Number fields are displayed but not required. To edit these options, go to Registration > Settings. Scroll down until you see Registration Form Options. Make your changes then click Submit.
Add promotional codes.
Discounts apply a percentage discount off all price tiers. Great for sponsors, volunteers, and invite-only events.
To create a Discount, go to Registration > Discounts. Click Add Discount. Fill out and click Submit. Repeat for additional discounts.
Customize the design..
Make your event website your own by customizing the look and feel.
Go to Overview > Edit Event. Upload an event image. This image will appear on your Agenda, Registration, and Invitations.
Go to Promote > Style. You can customize your Header & Background Colors and even upload a Background image.
When you're ready to open your online registration form, go to Registration > Settings. Here you can set an end date, registration cap, hotel booking link, and a refund policy. Make sure to select Allow registration for this event. Click Submit.
Note: Price tiers with price-related fields can't be edited once you've started taking paid registrations, so make sure to finalize your form before opening registration.
