Keep your attendees happy with short lines and a speedy on-site experience. You can access Message Blocks on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Check in attendees.
- Register attendees on-site.
- Survey attendees.

Check in attendees
Go to Your Event > Execution > Event Check-In. There you will see a list of all your attendees sorted by registration date. Search for attendees by name, email address, or confirmation code in the filter box at the right top corner.
Once you've identified the person, click on the arrow icon next to their name.
Here you will see the attendee's registration details, including price tiers and answers to custom questions. Click edit to make changes or click check in to complete.
Register attendees on-site.
Go to Registration. Click Add Attendee. Attendees can also register themselves using the event website. You can set up an additional price tier for day-of registrations. For more information, see building a registration form.
With surveys directly attached to sessions, you can use shorter surveys to get more responses. Direct attendees to the Agenda (messageblocks.com/your-event-shortcut). To find your event shortcut, go to Events and copy the URL (website link) below the name of your event.
To see your real-time results, Execution > Reports. Click on the gear icon on the right. Select Export Survey Responses.
Send attendee updates.
During your event, you might want to promote a keynote speaker, send out the survey link, or even announce a room change. You can do all of these things with at attendee update.
To send an email notification, go to Email > Add Attendee Update. Enter the details for your email. Within the Message, you can use HTML for additional formatting. You can schedule your update by selecting a send time or leave blank to send immediately. Click "Submit".
