When you open the App you will be asked to login. This login is the same Email Address and Password combination Planners use to login to Message Blocks.
The next step is selecting your team from the drop-down. If you belong to more than one team be sure to select the team that is appropriate for the event. Hit "Next" when you have selected the correct team.
Now select your event though the same process; choose the event from the drop-down. Use "Next" to start managing your attendees.
The top left corner has your general event information.
The image above shows the team name "Message Blocks" and the event name "Message Blocks Experience". To the right of the refresh button is the number of people registered for the event, and how many have been checked-in.
Below the general event information is the list of attendees as well as a search bar to help look up attendees quickly. You can search for the attendee's name, email, company, or confirmation number.
Entries highlighted in green have already been checked-in.
The Attendee Information can be found to the right of the attendee list. Selecting an attendee from the attendee list will pull their information as shown below.
Selecting any of the text fields allows you to edit the information displayed, hitting "Save" will keep any changes.
Beneath the attendee's information are the options to "Check-In" or "Print Badge", there is also an option to do both at once.
Selecting an attendee who is already checked-in will cause the "Check-Out" option to replace "Check-In".
